What does fully integrated mean?
In short, it means we want to be full service. A complete end to end contractor that can handle all of your property needs. Whether it’s a simple handyman repair, implementing a lawn maintenace program, completing an apartment turnover or managing a full blown renovation project for a value-add multi-unit deal your working on.

Storm Drainage Project
The Problem: The home owner was experiencing soft spots in the soil and standing water even during light rain events. Had trouble mowing & maintaining certain areas.
Solution: We excavated a 24in deep trench and installed 4in perforated underdrain coil pipe, wrapped in a fabric. We then backfilled with a clean #2 crushed stoned to allow for water drainage. Used the displaced (excavated) material to fill in low areas and correct grading issues.
Interior Demo Project
The Problem: This was an outdated home that was being renovated by an investor.
The Solution: We removed the old carpet and damaged hardwood floors. Removed a wall that seperated the living area with the kitchen. This opened up the space to allow for a bright and inviting living & dining area.
Apartment Turnover Project
The Problem: The landlord had a tenant move out and found the apartment left with junk and wall damage.
The Solution: We pre-cleaned all the walls and trim before painting. Then repainted all the ceilings, trim, walls and closets. Deep cleaned the entire unit including kitchen, cabinets, refridgerator, bathroom, windows and floors.

How long does an apartment turnover take?
If you are interested in our “Rent Ready” program. We can typically complete your make ready project in less than 3 days. Every unit is different so we would love to take a look and provide a free quote.
Do you provide individual services such as painting or cleaning?
So even though we would pride ourselves on being a “complete solution” we absolutely provide standalone services such as painting, cleaning or handyman repairs.
